- Describe the clinical issue your team has selected, along with the theoretical approach studied. Include the following:
- Describe the theory’s history and development.
- Describe the theory’s major tenets.
- Describe the theory’s specific application to group work.
- Explain the connection between the clinical issue and theoretical basis for group work.
- Facilitate one of the eight sessions outlined in your group counseling series, including:
- Demonstrate an interactive icebreaker that follows the chosen theoretical model.
- Demonstrate application of the theoretical model through an interactive group session with the class. This should include a role-play between the learning team members, as well as the class.
