We will also take a close look at the role of self-awareness and how to leverage that awareness to keep moving toward your goals. This week’s readings cover the elements for success, benefits of self-awareness, and methods for examining your own personal strengths.

- Consider the elements for success from Ch. 1 of this week’s reading and think about how you define your success. Which of the elements of success do you feel most comfortable with? Share an example of how you put that element to work. Which of the elements is the most challenging for you and why?
- One element for success is self-awareness. Self-awareness is the process of reflecting on your strengths, weaknesses, personality traits, behaviors, feelings, thoughts, values, beliefs, etc. It is really getting to know yourself. Why do you think self-awareness is important? How can becoming more self-aware help you reach your goals?
